PRESSURE MANAGEMENT INDICATOR (PMI)

The PMI consists of 120 questions and takes between 15 and 25 minutes to complete. Once your employees’ questionnaires have been confidentially assessed, they will receive a Personal Profile Report. This report compares their results with a cross section of the working population (nearly 50,000 people in the sample) to show:

spacer spacer their satisfaction with their job, organisation and working environment;
spacer spacer their commitment to your organisation and how secure they feel about the future of their jobs;
spacer spacer their level of physical and mental wellbeing;
spacer spacer their major sources of pressure;
spacer spacer their style of behaviour;
spacer spacer how much they feel they can influence their working situation;
spacer spacer the mechanisms they use to cope with pressure.

By identifying their major sources of pressure and how they each cope with these pressures, your employees benefit from being able to take positive action to improve their ability to cope.

Whilst the results of completed questionnaires are confidential to each respondent, you benefit from:

spacer spacer employees gaining a fuller understanding of pressure and ways to manage it successfully; and
spacer spacer management obtaining access to the aggregated results of completed employee questionnaires from which key sources can be identified to allow you to take action to reduce these pressures.
